These beautiful hand crafted cards and made by a DRC Refugee child, who attended the Refugees Art School in the Kesington tent in Parow. The cards are rustic, unique and authentic. By purchasing these cards you are supporting the owner of the art school (Cesar, also a DRC Refugee) continue to give free art lessons to his community. These cards vary in size and shape, but I assure you, the recipient will appreciate these cards more than any other. The cards come in prepacked sets of either 5, 10 or 20 (each batch comes with a variety of unique cards).

About the Artist(s)
Cesar is a DRC refugee who was relocated to a refugee camp in the Kesington tent in Parow due to the COVID-19 lockdown in South Africa. It was during this time when he started the “Refugees Art School” for the rest of the community in the camp. He could not bare the entire camp sitting around jobless and bored, so he offered free art lessons to all interested children and adults. He makes all sorts of beautiful creations, and has since grown significantly, with features on various news platforms. His aim is to upskill children and develop the community. He has recently employed an assistant to support him with the art school.
