The name translates to ‘The Future of Africa’ in isiXhosa (one of South Africa’s 11 official languages).
This online store was created with the intention of shedding extra light onto some of Africa’s untapped talent and delivering their work to your door – in a safe and secure manner.

We have so many talented individuals living right here in South Africa and it is time for them to be seen! We all love a touch (some of us – a large dollop) of Africa in our homes, but it is important to support local, unique and sustainable products. Lots of African goods you see are sadly mass-produced in China, but all products on this site are genuine African goods hand-made right here in South Africa. The hope is to give these traders another platform to sell their products with the intention of trying to grow their business so one day they can employ others.
